Exhibitor Registration Information

Exhibitors receive 3 complimentary booth staff badges per 100 sqft of booth space. Additional badges may be purchased for $79. Book in the official hotel block to receive 1 additional complimentary badge per company through the Stay Advantage program.
 

Follow the steps below to register your booth staff for Advanced Textiles Expo®.

① Before You Begin

• All booth staff are included in your company’s Advanced Textiles Association roster
• You have your company’s allotment code to redeem complimentary booth staff badges

Your allotment code was emailed to your primary booth contact with the subject:
“Advanced Textiles Expo 2026 – Exhibitor Registration & VIP Code Info”.

② Register Booth Staff

1. Go to AdvancedTextilesExpo.com/Register
2. On the registration landing page, click either:
   • Group Exhibitor Registration – register multiple booth staff
   • Individual Exhibitor Registration – register one person
3. Log in using your personal ATA credentials
4. Follow the instructions for the registration option you selected:

   Group Exhibitor Registration Select Registration Type: Exhibitor Click Add Group Registrant Select a staff member from the dropdown Select Event Fee: Expo 2026 – Exhibitor Booth Staff Only Select add-ons, if applicable Click Continue Complete demographic questions Click Add to Group Repeat for each staff member

   Individual Exhibitor Registration Select Registration Type: Exhibitor Select Event Fee: Expo 2026 – Exhibitor Booth Staff Only Select add-ons, if applicable Click Next Complete demographic questions Click Add to Cart

③ Complete Registration

1. When all staff have been added, go to the Shopping Cart
2. Enter your allotment code in the Discount Code field and click Apply
3. Review your registration summary and click Check-Out
4. Enter payment information
5. Click Complete Order

✦ Bonus Badge Perk  Exhibitors who book within the official hotel block receive Stay Advantage perks, including 1 additional free booth staff badge per company. After booking your room, email Kathryn Wimmer to receive your one-time-use badge code.
