Exhibitor Meeting Rooms 

Advanced Textiles has arranged several meeting rooms at the Orange County Convention Center for exhibitors to rent. 

Meeting rooms are assigned based on the date the Exhibitor Meeting Room contract is received, with payment on a first-come, first-served basis. Show Management makes every effort to comply with your preferences but cannot guarantee them. 

Meeting rooms will be set as banquet-style seating. If additional services are needed (food, A/V, etc.), the exhibiting company is responsible for ordering and paying directly through the convention center.
